Idle stablizer and Antilock light...

My 89 100Q has been idling irratically over the past couple of days. Is
this the idle stablizer that is puking out? Can I clean it up or do I have to
replace it? If so, where can I get one and how much? I called the dealer
and it is $150-200 or so.

Also, the "Antilock Off" light has been coming on sporatically the last
week. There is plenty of brake fluid in the system, and the pedal is tight.
The button to disable the antilock brakes is not activated. Any ideas?
