The company probably did go out of business, as I have not seen them
mentioned lately in Auto, Motor, & Sport, nor do they have any ads in
the current issue.  As I remember, a few years back the owner turned
the company's efforts to developing its own car, a sure recipe for
bankruptcy these days.

It seems that all the "tuning" accessories these days are supplied by
ABT.  But caution must be exercised by owners of US-spec cars, because
many body parts--such as bumpers--are completely different from their
euro-spec counterparts, as are their attachment points.
