Eric,
It's not really a motor mount up front there, but more of a motor stabilizer.
There are two mounts on the side that do the holding-up job. You just
unbolt the front "mount" to get the A/C belt off. The A/C belt pulley is
shimmed to adjust the tension, the shims that don't go between the pulley
halves get put on the outside of the pulley for next time. You just have to
try a number of shims in the middle, tighten it up, see if the belt tension
is OK, remove/add shims if it isn't. I don't remember the amount of "give"
for the A/C belt, but it's usually 1/2" on most cars.
