HELP!!!

My 5000 radiator is giving me a fit!  The little nipple that connects
the radiator to the overflow tank via a small rubber hose has 
broken off.  Now the dealer tells me that a new radiator 
is the only way to fix it!!!!

Ideas anyone.....I did try emoxy, but it did not hold.  Has
anyone repaired this?
