	I bought my '85 5000S Turbo (automatic) with 85K on the clock for
	$3,750 in April, and thought I paid too much.  (The car's fine, but
	other similar cars appear to sell for less).  In my opinion $3,450 is
	on the high side, esp. since you really have no way of knowing how
	many miles the car really has on it.
