Audi V8 1991 Owner's handbook

This request is probably most directed at U.S. quattro readers...

My father owns a 1991 Audi V8 which he purchased about 1 year ago to replace
a 1989 Audi 200 (a nice step forward, in my opinion!). The vehicle did not
have the V8 Owner's manual any longer, and the dealer said that they "Couldn't
get it any more...". They did however have a 1993 Owner's handbook which they
were happy to give him "Now go away and don't bother us!".

I would like to know if the U.S. Audi group might have a copy in stock. I would
be happy to forward appropriate $$$ if someone is able or willing to hunt one
down. Would any of you 1900/1991 V8 owners have the part # of your Owner's
Handbook???
