I just received the front adjustable strut inserts for my 4000Q.
They appear to be nearly identical to the rears save for a detail
on the bottom. The part number for these are 8610 1262SPORT. I
got them from GPR (800-321-5432) for $250/pair.

They came with a knob (removeable) which engages a shaft resembling
a potentiometer. Slap the knob on the top of the shock and twist.
I won't be installing them until I receive the remainder of the
components (control arm bushings, strut bearings, stainless
brake lines), but I can give a report on what transpires.

wish me luck...

btw - anyone guess as to the number of clicks I should put on the
rears?
