What about those of us who have snows?  Are all season's required then or
do I have the option of going for performance in summer and snows in
winter?  My only concern is rain and unexpected ice/snow in late spring or
early fall.

Is there a tire which offers "good" performance in wet and dry for a decent
price....snow be damned?
