Not a lot.

a) The rolling radius is likely to be different, leading to extra strain on the 
centre differential.
 
b) Any "fore and aft" differences that you can feel when driving will multiply 
themselves exponentially in extreme situations, just when you could least do 
with it.
 
Audi specify an 80kph (50mph) limit for the ur-quattro with different tyres 
front and rear - this also applies to the "Notrad".
