quattro-digest HELP needed

First,
I need some help because I know I`m doing it incorrectly, but I can't stop the
Digest.  We are heading out for vacation (and I on a business trip after) so we
must stop the mailings.  What am I goofing up?

I thought my address was "John Ewald" in the list.  I separately tried the only
other I use <JEwal>; same results.  And to check I also inquired for a listing
of the lists I'm on.

What am I doing wrong?
