The University of Passau has an online German-English dictionary. What a
great service!
You can get there on the web - don't know if there are others way to access.

The URL http://www.fmi.uni-passau.de/htbin/ltbin/lt2html is for a query
submission page. The answer (definitions) come back in a few seconds.
Haven't had a chance to through any particulalry technical words at it, but
since it seems to be based on Langenschiedt, it will probably be hit or miss.

Enjoy.
