I just tried loading the German-English www page mentioned above (at the
University of Passau), and apparently, as  of 12/1, they were forced to stop
offering the service.  To quote, they say:
"This service is no longer available!  Unfortunately we are not able to
offer this service currently.  At present the Langenscheidt-Verlag is
discussing future politics concerning this area.  Therefore we have been
asked to cancel this service for the next time.  FORWISS regrets this, but
due to copyrights we are bound to this decision."
