I have an 84 4000S that I am using as a parts car. Do the components
interchange. They "appear" to be identical. If I am not mistaken, I
should be able to remove 2 small screw to replace the regulator?? I am
not really into replacing the alternator while it still works and is not
real pleasant outside. I wish the thing would just die or something.
When removing the regular, no brushes or springs are going to
jump out at me are they??
Thanks
