Heated washer nozzles

After putting everyone on the list on a hunt, I've found the needed info. 
myself.  The heated washer nozzles that my friend has are indeed VAG.  
The part about BMW was some sort of lapse on my part.  He says they were 
listed for some sort of Canadian Jetta.  
		The part no. is:  191 955-986A

They look like regular jets, but have a two-wire pig tail coming out of 
them.  One last question, would they be wired "hot" all of the time?  
If I were to install them, I would probably hook up a switch.

Someone with the "cold weather" package, could you tell me how they are 
wired?  Do you have a factory switch to activate them, or do they turn on 
with the defrost or rear defrost?
