In 1995, Audi will be using the A4 to replace the 80 competion model in
european racing. Some of the 80 competion cars will be racing in the 2-litre
series' in South Africa and Australia. The normally aspirated 1.8 litre will
be used in the new A4 race cars and is expected to produce close to 300 bhp
with one of the intake valves sealed.
