According to Haynes (use at your own risk):
	saloon (sedan) with manual trans.= 2094lb  950kg.
	saloon w/automatic trans= 2150   975kg.

	-44lbs. for coupe body
	+33lbs. for sunroof
	+88lbs. for A/C
	+51lbs. for towing bracket???

editorial note:  These weight seem extremely low.  The specs. are 
probably for early models which were a bit lighter than late model cars.
The weights are only for non-quattro models.
