Squealing noise at startup and when clutch is in?

My 200TQ has developed a squeling noise, after the engine is runing, it is
RPM dependent. The strange thing is it is loud for a minute or two, then it
pretty much goes away. Until I put the clutch in, then it comes back.

Once the car is really warm (10 minutes or so) I don't hear it at all. . .


Any ideas?
