One of those design decisions that doesn't really travel well, I suppose.
Being able to get fresh air while your toes are being warmed makes sense
in the UK, and I suppose in Germany, where -30 C is fairly rare.
So crack (Americanese for "open slightly") a window, or the sunroof, or...
I would *love it* if I could independently regulate *the temperature* as
well as the airflow for each outlet! But when someone else makes that de-
cision for me, and hardwires it into the system, it will be wrong for at
least some applications. Sigh.
When it's cold (not to mention *COLD*), I like to be able to blow warm
air on my hands/fingers . . .
