Howdy, just a little clarification, an H rated tire has a maximium speed 
capacity of 130 mph.  While lots of other factors enter for safe speeds
(temp, loading of the car), I don't think running 75-85 for a few hours 
constitutes any real danger.  Considering a basic passenger car tire
is probably an S (rated 112 mph) and is expected to run all day at 55 mph
I would say we could extrapolate 75 without any worry for an H.
