Now cut that out.  I really need two sig files.  The bosses 
wouldn't appreciate me putting a title like Bonehead
after my name.  Besides, its all just chunks of aluminum to me
(ok, so its toleranced to +/-one ten thousandth)

As to a measurable quantity for defining turbos, Dan B. did a 
better job than I would have.  It sounds like he has the 
real thing in front of him.  But it is extremely system dependent
as most systems have a positive slope ie pressure requirement
or resistance increases with capacity.  So for stability you might 
want to run on part of the curve with a negative slope, that way
any decrease in flow is nullified by an increase in pressure.
. . . (it can get real hairy, I'm already coughing up fur balls)
and so on etc. as I get way out of my league.
