Honda's use of the V6 in the Accord is largely a marketing move. The engine
is the prior-generation Legend V6 (2.7L?), and the performance tests show
nothing more than a negligible advantage in acceleration vs. the 2.2L 4.  And
the 4 is obviously lighter and more efficient.  The V6 is there because the
Camry, 626, Taurus, etc. all offer V6s, and us Amurikuns like BIG motors.

I hope the V6 in the Integra (1996?) will be more than a marketing move...
not that I would buy one anyway...
