Price for 4kq

 How much should I expect to pay for a 86-87 4000q with leather and
sunroof?  I would like one with under 100,000 miles.  
	Also, I know I asked before, but last time almost everyone
discussed the BR conversion-  How can I get a reliable 150hp out of the
5 cyl engine?

	I will be in either Ireland or Latin America starting in
September, returning around Christmas.  I was thinking of having a
family member sell both my 66 mustang and 4000cs while away.  I would
also ask the family member to purchase a 4000q with some of the funds
and then have him modify the q, all while I was away.  Does this sound
like an ok thing to do.  Does anyone think I would have a hard time
selling two cars, purchasing one and then modifying that car within 4
months?
