The above is a domain-level address.  Dunno the specifics as I'm sure there
are others INFINITELY more qualified to speak on the subject...but the
143.164.0.0 address won't get you anywhere.  Any usable addresses will be:

143.164.XXX.XXX

However, I wouldn't just go poking around as you might get someone's
attention and receive a nasty letter from their sysop.

Try using a WWW/veronica/WAIS search to see if audi has any publically
addressable server.
