Actually just read in R&T that they found the driver of a hit & run because
his license plate did leave a partial imprint on the victim.  Here in NJ they
require both plates also and the front plate blocks the much needed air to my
intercooler and radiator.  Maybe it's time to move to PA.

Forgot to mention this (this is how my car is setup).  Though, there can be
as much as a 2-3 psi pressure drop across an intercooler partially due to the
cooling and partially due to restriction.
