Here in lovley Phoenix (Actually a rich little "suburb"? called Paradise
Valley) uses Photo Radar quite succesfully, with only rear tags being used
in Arizona.  I believe they use two cameras - one for your lovely mugshot,
and the other for the tags.  I have seen the summons that you receive in the
mail (not mine) - it basically says you are guilty until proven inocent, and
failure to pay the fine or show up in court will result in revocation of
your license to drive.  Yes, 1984 is passed, and we are here.  Look out for
white Blazers (so I am told) in Paradise Valley.
