You asked, the O2 sensor measures the amount of oxygen in your exhaust
gases to see how the mixture is doing. It adjusts the fuel mixture from
rich to lean according to the voltage output of the sensor. It's sorta
like a carb. that adjusts itself as you drive. As the fuel mixture is kept
closer to what is theoretically needed for combustion, it produces the
best compromise of horsepower and low emissions.
Techtron is a brand/type of Fuel injector cleaner.
