Hi there Vinod,
The oil pug opens anticlockwise - normal right hand thread.
It's unusual to hear of one that won't undo fairly
gracefully - assuming your using a correct size socket &
ratchet wrench or similar.
If it's really stuck, it could mean the threads are crossed, which
means that you don't want to undo it without being prepared to
repair the damaged threads, as it may not go back in once it's out!
If it's really stuck, and you're not orgainized with helicoil inserts
or whetever to repair threads, I suggest you take it to a mechanic,
have him open it, change the oil, and hopefully he'll be able to deal
with whatever situation occurs.
