I had a similiar experience with my 200Q, turns out one of my injectors
was not able to close and the fuel slowly dripped (overnight) - first this
reduced fuel pressure at start up and caused a hard start and second
when the engine caught the excess fuel ignited with a loud pop - I had
the injectors cleaned and finished the job with a basic tuneup and the
problem went away.
Sounds like your battery is also getting old to boot.
good luck
