About as usefull as putting tin foil in your hubcaps (If you had any.)  Real jammers do 
exist, but they cost money, and the FCC fine is $10,000 (maybe $25,000) and 6 months 
room and board in the local federal pen - interested?  The odds of getting caught are 
very slim .....but....
