*Hydraulic oil and rough idle

          Yes, you can use the Pentosin CHF 7.1 hydraulic fluid.  I also have i
t, and I bought it at the dealer.  I too was thrown off by the different part n
umbers, but when I asked the guy at the parts counter he told me that Pentosin
makes the fluids for Audi, and it is the same fluid used in the smaller jug off
ered by Audi (part No.?)
            Well, to make a long story short, they are the same fluid, just und
er different names.
