S4 suspension

I've install Eibach springs and yellow Koni to my S4.
The shocks are adjusted at 1/4 round (maximum(stiffest) is 2 round).
But the car is extremely stiff ride (too much stiff for family car)
 So now I take Eibach out and replace with original springs,and to 
compensate for softer spring I re-adjust shock to 1/2 round.
   Now the car is as high as rally car again but with better ride 
than Eibach,however it's front end dive to much when braking.
    Is there anyone who has experience with this ? what is the best
solution for me ,I don't want to re-adjust Koni shocks too many time
(it waste time & money ).
