... sounds to me like you need a nitrous system!  I do know of someone who
installed one on his S4.  The problem is that warmer weather reduces the
effectiveness of the intercooler, as well as warming up the air going into
the turbo.  I did hear a story of someone who used to cool the intercooler
ice water or dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide), but this is only a temporary
fix.  Perhaps some type of evaporation cooling system (spray bar) could be
added (but you probably have humid as well as hot air, so this would not 
help much).
