Coupe/QTC: Bumper Update?

After downloading Bob's urQ gif file I was thinking how great my car would 
look with the bumper with the larger turn signals/driving lights integrated 
into it.  I don't see the little caps that cover the bolts that hold on the 
bumper on the newer picture.  Has anyone out there tried to retrofit a 
bumper for a newer Coupe (but with the same body style as the original) to 
an older car?  Is this new bumper unique to the Coupe GT or was it installed 
on any of the 4000 line?
