'81-'83 4000 5+5 eligibilty for IT

FYI, per the May 1995 issue of Sportscar, the SCCA's comp board has agreed
to reinstate the 1981 through 1983 Audi 4000 5+5 as eligible to compete in
the Improved Touring B class.  The '81 through '84 Coupe is also eligible.

If only I could find one of these in decent shape and without a sunroof for
less than $1000 (there's no point in paying more than that for a car that's
destined to be mechanically rebuilt then raced)...
