strut insert replacement instructons ?

I thought I saw this question go by the other day ? has anybody
put in writing the instructions for replacing strut inserts with
the struts in the car ?  If yes please e-mail me a copy :-)
I just got a quote for $500.- to do it with the Boge Turbo Gas
half of that is labor.  

Haven't been there,  haven't done that, but might try it this weekend :-)
