Not totally true, the horn and ALL the intake hose diam and lengths are a
significant part of the torque vs. hp vs driveability of the audis, NJT here,
done a few quests on this idea on my 5ktq, most didn't give me gains, more
losses, but if you look at the S4 vs the tq's me thinks there's a reason for
things being what they are....  Will certainly agree that the "ram air"
system that is not a hood job has it's risks, but there are ways to minimize
the water thing without too much trouble.....  A Sink trap idea comes to
mind, in fact, if you look at the stock boxes they kinda work that way.....
