Oh, I get it now. I'm kinda slow. Actually, my car's kinda, too.

When I'm in my '86 5000S, I don't think much about leaving a lot a cars 
behind ;-(. My '86 GTI is getting there, but before I make that big jump 
in effort on it, I'm waiting in the wings for an '87 (or later) 5ktw 
(or sedan). Just that I hadn't seen the prices and availabilty (of the 5 
spd.) in the Bay Area come close to what the list is experiencing elsewhere.
