OK, I have to ask- know of any with a motor in 'em? I used to do 1/10th
(electric) off-road R/C racing, so maybe I can't afford the experience to
race a real TQC, but there is a challenge in driving without the seat-of-
your-pants feel- and with the car heading towards you (although these days,
a small CCD camera is fairly obtainable). It was fun doing the double-
jump on those two, mondo hills. And just after it rained, you'd pick the
right tire and gearing to take advantage of the boggy traction, and
just begin to "dump" the 1.5 amp/hr NiCad as you finish the four-minute
race.
Hmmm, find a 1/10th TQC polycarb shell, modify the RC-10 for 4WD- two
samarium-cobalt motors, w/ load-sensing torque control. Yeah, only a
couple hundred hours to it.
Gee, all this talk of scale models... feel like dusting off my Tamiya
Toyo-(oops) atoyoT Bruiser (with a working, 4spd (w/rev), 4WD tranny!)
and take it for a spin, "... just to show our son, honey".
[slap] [slap] Oh, sorry, just day-dreaming.

[Sigh] No display case here. Couldn't bear to make mine look nice.
Wouldn't last. It does look BAD, though.
