When did you last get your wheel bearings replaced?  If it has been more 
than 50 or 60K miles, replace them even if they are quiet.  Hard use will 
cause them to loosen up sooner.  That may solve your problem.  EC magazine 
had a short writeup on this some time ago.  Other than that, struts and control 
arm bushings are the only cause.  I doubt that the body could cause this now 
if it was not this bad before.
