Unsubscribing from the list

Why is it that this always seems to increase over time?  When you sub-
scribed to the list you should have been sent a mail message that de-
scribes how the mail list server works.  It states that messages posted to 
"quattro@coimbra.ans.net" will be distributed to the mail list without 
any further processing.  This means that when you sent the message that 
you did, it simply got mailed out to all of the other subscribers, and 
you are still on the list.  In order to actually unsubscribe you need to 
send a message to:

	Majordomo@coimbra.ans.net

with a text line in the body of the message that states:

	unsubscribe quattro
