The connector is under the seat.  I've only checked the drivers side,
and only on my car, but there's DEFINATELY a seat heater installed.
Several folks suggested it might be the seatbelt warning connector.
This is a seperate connector to the seatbelt one, and the shop manual
identifies it positively as the heated seat connector.

That's the tough part.  You'd need to first make sure that true on your
car.  The connector is a 6 conductor, male.  I didn't find anything to
connect it to, so I'm guessing that the rest of the wire isn't in there.
Go to a junk yard and get the switches, relays, and wiring harnesses.
It will probably be a fairly big job to do.
