Spinal TAP


There has been a lot of talk about Ned and TAP about the turbo cars.. 
some good some bad.  But what is recommended for the non turbo cars? I 
know the gains arent nearly as much, but who would be recommended for non 
turbo apps? Do they do the surgery on the car or can I replace it 
myself.  (Im an EE..)  Thanks!
