Scott, Glen and others,

	What about adding a vacuum solenoid, triggered by the WOT
switch(adding one if not present.) I can hardly think of any time at WOT
that a locked diff wouldn't be desirable.  I only wonder if the locking
mechanism can take engagement at full power without breaking.
