My experience with the one nearest my home was similar -- they called me to
explain how they couldn't align my 1981 4000 because the struts were dead,
at which point I explained to them how I had just finished installing a new
set of Konis less than 12 hours before! -- but the one my sister uses seems
to be pretty decent.

When I remarked upon this to the manager while dropping her off one evening,
he told me that these shops are all independently owned franchises and some
were better run than others...
