Now for the real meat,
My sunroof has worked beautifully for the last 2 years, with some 
exceptions.  Sometimes it doesn't want to open.  If I punch the sunroof 
switch area, quite hard at times, it will open right up.  Probably a 
loose connection, but all it needs is a good hard rap (the kind from a 
fist, not from a woofer) once in a while.  I hate to condone Audi abuse, 
or any type of violence for that matter, but sometimes it just works.
