OK, OK, enough junk mail for today. This is the last one.

The news from Audi AG?s 106th Annual Shareholder?s Meeting
in Ingolstadt this week has been very encouraging.

During the first half of 1995, Audi delivered 235,140 new
vehicles to customers worldwide, an increase of 27 percent
from 1994 figures. In Germany, Audi sales rose a dramatic
48.5 percent. This figure yields a 6.6 percent German
market share (4.7 in 1994). Expected profits for this
period will exceed 220 million DM, already more than the
         1994 pre-tax figure of 187 million DM.

Remarkably, this success was accomplished in a sluggish
overall market in Europe. Here in the U.S., where Audi
sales have risen 34.1 percent, the overall market has
         declined by 8.4 percent.

This good news should inspire us all at Audi of America,
given the fact that the European market reaction to the
new A4 is in large part responsible for this dramatic
sales momentum. In this year alone, more than 100,000
Audi A4s have been built, and the factory is now building
this successful model at a rate of 1,000 per day.
Obviously, we can look forward with even greater
anticipation to the September launch of this trend-setting
         new Audi.
