a/c compressor - belt adjust

Thanks for all your help.  The belt is tightened.
A/C is working "cool", real fast too.

BTW, I had to loosen two bolts only.  One at the bottom, the other 
one at the top.  Both can be reached from below.   I believe the 3rd 
bolt is for pivoting.

I may be missing something at the jamnut.  The bolt is there, but no 
bracket or something adjustment pad.   I just use a steel bar to push 
out the compressor or belt tightening.
