Following, please find the latest NADA book on an 89 200 TQ for the Rocky
Mountain Region

Wholesale $9,100
Loan $8,175
Retail $11,425
          minus
High Milage deduction ( $2,550) (100,000 to 115,000)

There are numerous things to look at on a car like that:

CV joints
turbo water pump
idle stabilizer valve
turbo boost
bearings
temperature control
cracks in windshield
power door locks
power steering pump and rack and pinion
cracks in headlight assy.
heated seats
power antennae and amplifier.
climate control
window regulators

Some of these may seem mundane but each one is in the 100's of dollars just
for the part so the price you pay for the car should reflect if any of the
above are broken.

I live in the Denver area myself and if I can be of any further assistance,
please let me know.
