Quattro List is back and alive

As I had mentioned, there was a hardware problem on coimbra last
week, so I had to partially reinstall the system.  I think 
that we're back and running now (web page included) but let me know
if there are any problems I might have overlooked.

Keep your eyes open for a survey I'll be sending out in the next
couple of days too...
