Audi 80Q $$


Am looking into an '89 80Q, white, beautiful condition, but 110,000 miles 
on the clock. Has all records etc, but a couple of things bother me.  NO 
timing belt yet and no wheel bearings yet. These typically head south at 
about the 110,000 mile mark. Should I be concerned or just get them done 
myself? What would be a decent asking price for this car? THanks all!
